    Default No device connected error

    Getting a popup box that says No device connected please connect a flashscan or autocal device. all 5 lights on under the screen are on solid and slightly flashing. Any help would be appreciated.
    The VS Firmware is version 2.07.01 and bootblock 2.07.07

    Try with another USB cable.
