Default losing throttle 6.0 boosted, cos 03150003

    Hello,

I have a 2006 6.0 in a 69 c10, the pcm is flashed to a 2003 now with cos 03150003. and matching pedal and tac module

The truck runs fine, still a little rich but that will be changed.

As soon as i go over about 60% throttle, a maf code gets set, truck goes to an idle and i lose control over the throttle.

Once i delete the code, the throttle works again.

Im not running a MAF or o2 sensors, so open loop.

I have the proper map sensor etc.

Please have a look at the attached tune, i must have missed something.

    Thanks in advance69 V3.ctz

    Post some log files.

If you are running without MAF, you should have an immediate MAF DTC (this is then causes PCM to use VE only).

It sounds like the MAF and MAP (and possibly the ETC) sanity tables (in Engine Diagnostics) need to be adjusted.

Yes there is a maf code. I run just the iat. I just blew the transmission so I'll have to wait till tomorrow or later tonight to post a log file. I'll have a look in those tables. Thx so far

Try this: set C5501 to 500.

    You could try editing that...

but if you think TC is kicking in, then disable TC.
