Is the date on your blue card 11-10-2010 or 10-11-2010...?

The code you showed in the screen shot is for a Commercial Scan and Tune, not a Personal Scan and Tune. Try changing the "Personal Scan and Tune" to "Commercial Scan and Tune" in the registration window.
