Default Monitor sensor reference A voltage

I have a 08 Duramax with a P0642 code. I was wondering if it's possible for me to monitor sensor reference A voltage with my flash scan V2.
Is it possible? If so what's the PID?
    Thank you!

No I'm not aware of any way to do so.

That 5V circuit connects to the APP 1 Sensor, EGR valve sensor, Fuel Rail Pressure sensor and Oil Pressure sensor.
You Need to unplug each 3 wire sensor ONE AT A TIME , then see if your 5V line comes back steady when the ignition is switched on (don't try to start).
