Can anyone explain this table to me? What triggers open loop engine coolant loss?

Working on my 06 TBSS and while cruising something in open loop is triggering a rich condition.

It might mean something like "Overheat Mode Open Loop"

Thanks but I figured it out. Somehow I set my catalyst and 02 test enabled instead of disabled. Now I just gotta fix my fueling since I thought it was something else.
