I purchased the ecm/tcm tunes for my 2013 duramax. my tcm went bad and I purchased a new one. my same tcm tune won't work unless I pay for vin license again for same truck just different tcm? they want another $125. can anyone help?

Contact support at efilive.com, you will need to show a scanned receipt of the purchase of your new TCM. If your case is deemed genuine then you will be issued a new license.
