Default Have I deleted all TM on this thing? Pontiac G8 6.0 L76

I feel like I haven't gotten that much out of this car with just a TM delete, so I feel like I must be missing something here. I'm held back by the fact that he runs 85 octane piss in the thing, so maybe just a couple degrees of timing I can add down low to help out with OD holding ability. I know I need to get a wideband in the thing and run a calc.vet too, the car has longtubes and a CAI that need to be corrected for. Even before the mods, the thing just feels like it's holding back below 3000 RPMs. It's better now with the mods, but not quite where we feel it should be. I've attached the stock tune and I do have a couple of logs, not sure if they'll help though. At a glance, it appears this car wasn't super strangled from GM. We're both pretty busy, but have a reinvigorated interest in making some progress right now. The VE bump was because the car ran lean after the headers. Turns out when reinstalling the massive engine beauty cover, he knocked the breather tube off the valve cover causing a massive vacuum leak.

I looked in that tune file, I don't see any Torque Management tables (aren't they in the TCM file...?), but I see that traction control (TCS) is still enabled.

Aww crap, forgot about separate TCM file. I'll upload that when I get home. What's the significance of the TCS still being enabled? Does that hold the car back even when TCS is off?

I was sanity checking, just making sure you were aware of it.

If TCS is off, then it does not (should not) introduce any retard.

Are there any training wheels left on either the ECM or TCM? We feel it should cut loose but it dead hooks and doesn't haul ass until after 3000 RPM. I did wipe out some TR below 3000 in 1st, but that's all I could find. Since it's a gen IV, I can't alter the ETC tables. My only hope is to bring in timing little sooner from what I can see.
