Default Hanging rpms after larger throtltle body swap? Undriveable E67

I have a 07 5.3L with Ls2 intake and 88mm truck tb, with 07 CTS-v E67 Tune, I had to set P1516, and P2101 to 80% to get the reduced power to go away, I did a basic dirty VE, and maf tune, and the truck runs ok, good enough to gingerly drive for now. I recently was given a silver blade LS2 throttle body from a 2008-2009 G8, this is the proper throttle body for the 07 CTS-v.

Hooray I think...maybe the reduced power will go away, and the P2101, P1516 can be returned to stock? Well swap on TB, reset idle, clear trims and the minute you acell rpms hang way up there 1500-2000rpm and wont come back down, manual trans is hard to shift, and the truck is currently not driveable like this!

I disabled the maf, and +% the entire Ve table by 8% thinking its running super lean causing the high ilde? made no difference, do I need to -% on the Ve to give the engine more fuel, surely richening it up will help?

I tried subtracting 2 from all the lower B1829 minum idle airflow table this did nothing either? Do I add 2 instead, confused? Which way I need to go? These were left stock same as CTS-v files, before, with the 88mm TB, so you would think they can stay the same?

LTFT were around -1.08, at idle, after I disabled the MAF, and messed with the VE, and if I touch the throttle trims were 1-3% positive, but then back off idle hangs and trims go to 14-18% positive??? So weird

What I don't understand is that this is the TB fro this CTS-v tune? it shouldn't be this far out? Maybe I'm just going to wrong way on the VE table, going more lean, when it needs to be richened up?

Fixed I guess? Subtracted 5 from the entire b1829 base running airflow table, no more hanging throttle going to try 3 or 4, as it's drops quick clutch in, now

Update 3.5 worked better, so I just subtracted 3.5 from the stock base idle air flow table, is this what your supposed to do? It seems to have a start-up flare problem still, but quickly calms down, how do I correct that?

What value do you have in B1650? And what in B1829 in the 800/1000 RPM cells?
