Is there anything special I need to do to flash my car back to the stock os vs the custom one im using now?
You probably just want to check things like the Open Loop fule table and rev limiter tables. Basically the tables that were repurposed for the Custom OS.

Yeah might be better to start with a clean stock OS.

I have my stock os but when I selected it to flash it didnt give me the option for full reflash.
Full flash button is only active when EFILive Tune Tool is started after the FlashScan unit is connected to PC. otherwise it is always greyed out

Yeah I noticed that one myself on a recent reflash.
Also of course you need the commercial version. Personal wont reflash OS versions.
