Does EFI Live have DTC settings ? that can be changed or altered ? or can actions be changed ?

No there is none, due to heavily enforced laws in the US they are not available. Unfortunately we can't show some and not others so they are all hidden.

Just curious cause I have seen them in brand X and thought I might be missing something. Are they available outside the US ?

Well I suppose they must be willing to take the risk on that , we weren't and we aren't even US based.
