    Default Gm.mftotal

    Is GM.MFTOTAL the total count of misfires on all cylinders...?
    When does it reset back to zero...?

    As best I can tell... Yes. It should reset after 30-45 seconds of no misfires.

    So if it stays at zero all the time then it means I'm getting no misfires, am I correct in saying that...?

    Thanks,

    If you're reporting 0 misfires then you're either not getting any, or it is disabled in the misfire section of the Engine Diagnostics {C5601+} which is the case of a lot of tunes coming from one of the mail order guys.

    As for MFCSTAT, I've never logged it to see.

    GM.MFTOTAL is zero, and my tune has misfires enabled (stock settings, I didn't mess with those, no mail order tunes);

    I do have new plugs and low ohm plug wires...
