    Default cos3-b3618/b3647

    how do these work together? is 3647 when not in pe and 3618 takes over when in pe? or is there more to it?

    In OL, the richest of the the active tables commands fueling.

    When PE is not active, only OL fueling table is active so B3647 commands fueling.

    When PE is active, the active tables are B3647 and B3618, so at the operating cell (which is dynamically moving), the richest of those tables commands fueling.

    Also note, in some systems, if commanded fueling (determined by the richest of the active tables) is leaner than stoich, then stoich will be commanded...

    but that ^ is not important because at WOT you should be commanding much richer than stoich.
