    Default Is this what is concidered draining the rail ?

    The actual fuel pressure is lower at 85mph than desired. At 75mph it matched. Also noticed that that the desired rail pressure control valve current dropped 100ma probably trying to keep up.

    Yes, that's what it looks like. Easier to see if you look at the dashboard plot. The High Pressure Fuel Pump can't keep up with the command for more fuel on hot tunes.
