Virtual Dashboard has disappearde

I have lost the Tab for the Virtual Dashboard.
It does not function anymore, even if I select it from the top menue or use the F10 key.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled scan software, but problem still persists.
Emailed EfiLive last week, no response.
Any ideas?

Post some screenshots.

Go View->Show Virtual Dashboard.

Also do Edit->Properties->Display and checkmark Prevent tab pages being undocked.
