Default 2016 LML and Increasing speed limiter = no exhaust brake ?

After getting the speed limiter to increase properly the exhaust brake no longer works. I also noticed this when I downloaded a Superchips tune file from a Flashpaq Pro. It stated if selecting increased speed limiter would disable the exhaust brake.
Any body tackled this before ???
    Thanks !

A proper file that has the specific o.s. segments for your truck will allow everything to function properly. I'd ditch that junk in a hurry and purchase a file with the correct segments for your truck

It has all the proper segments and files. The stock tune works fine. Just when you modify the speed limiter the exhaust brake no longer works. I have heard of other tuners having this issue as well. Any ideas would help.
