Error $06FF E38 Dead G8

I'm getting the error message $06FF every time I try to flash my ECM. After reading around the forums a little, I think it has something to do with a previous diablo tune. My car won't turn over also. Is there anything I can do to fix the issue?

I can fix it for you but you have marked the tune as private therefore I cannot fix what needs fixing because I can't access it. Can you repost the tune without any of the privacy flags set?

Try this file instead, it should flash in ok.
