I see the tables to set lockup at desired speed. The table to release by throttle only goes to a 100. I think this is keeping the converter from locking up. How do you get around this?

Just put a lockup speed that you want at 100 and it'll lock there. They come stock with WOT lockup speeds that happen right after the 2-3 WOT upshift.

It's a PTC with triple disc. It locks up fine till 100% throttle it won't lock up. All the tables make sense to do what I want except the release by throttle. Seems to me if I could enter 110% throttle to release or higher it would work. I know a lot of the turbo guys are doing it but how?

What does your lockup table look like? It seems to override the unlock table on mine (best thing I can figure). This held true on the blackbox with 4L60, with 4L80 swap, and now still with the 411.

This car traps 140+ in the 1/4. I'm trying to lock the converter at 120 to keep rpm's down some.

In 3rd gear, table D1002, the 3rd gear TCC Apply curve jumps at 43.75% TP from 68 mph to 120 mph where it levels out...
drop this down from 120 mph to 68 mph, say, and level it out...
and to go with this, table D1005, the 3rd gear TCC Release curve, bring this down from 255 mph to 61 mph and level it out...
make sure that D1005 (release curve) is below D1002 (apply curve).

If you're getting into 4th gear, do similar thing for 4th gear with D1003/D1006...
make sure that D1006 (release curve) is below D1003 (apply curve).
Also:
- set D2904 to max value (100%).
- set D2903 to max value minus say 30 (30%), you might have to play with it depending on lockup feel.
