Using the V7 Scan Tool I can replicate what you are seeing.

The Save Dashboard or Save Dashboard As options are both defaulting back to the C:\Users\Documents\EFILive\V7.5\VDash directory even if you've changed the file location.

The workaround is save to the default location, then copy the dashboard to the USB drive.

    Cheers

hi, im back to this. if i save a dashboard it appears in the vdash directory as you say. however i cannot open it, it sais "no results found". there are some "original" files like "default ls2". they dont open either.
