Hello everyone! Name is Alex and I just opened this account to see if anyone can help me here. I have a 2011 BMW 550i with the twin turbo V8 and it's running great.

Well...obviously this is not the car I'm here for haha.....lers try this again.

I also have my 1996 Chevy c1500. Short can, long bed. Extremely basic. Carries the vortec 305 V8 and 700R4 electronic trans. My engine finally died after 250k miles. So I'm going to swap out a lot of things and cleaning her up and updating a lot of things on her to my standards.

Here's what I have engine wise so far:

Vortec 350 with only 65k miles, 880 block and 906 heads

700R4 trans from a 94 that's been rebuilt by jaspers.

Marine intake system with true mpi and will be modded for street use.

So I have a nice project ahead of me, will be replacing seals, gaskets, paint etc.

But I heard about the 0411 pcm swap on these vehicles. Heard it's the bees knees when it comes to tuning them. So....who can give me the rundown on what I need to get this ecu swap done and with what software I need to communicate with it. Cables, etc. I might also do the ls1 coil swap, I also have the dbw throttle body from the marine but also have the dbc stock if it be simplier to use like cruise control, etc.
