I just swapped in the 4l80 and now I want to tune it. I found the correct file that has a matching os so the question now is do I have to individually copy and past each parameter or is there a faster way?

You have to copy each parameter/table... there's not that many.
You also have to do the Trans Diag segment.
If you're coming from a trans other than a 4L80E (sounds like it), you first need to segment swap the Transmission and Transmission Diagnostics segments from the source file w/4L80E into your existing tune. Save your new tune+80E as a new file, close EFILive, re-open. It should have all the same parameters as the source file for those 2 segments (both visible and non-visible parameters). Now you can go ahead and tune it.
Simply copy/pasting each parameter from the source file to yours WILL NOT do everything that is needed to run the new transmission. You MUST segment swap the Transmission and Transmission Diagnostics segments in OR run the 60E segment AND change wiring + tune parameters.
