Wow - "great" service from the competition ...
Boy, Hypertech is really funny - if anything happens to the tuned computer (like the dealer resetting the tune or updating the OS), the PP3 stops working - you have to send it back, and if that wasn't enough, they charge a whopping $250 to reset the flash on the unit! That's 2/3 of the price of a new unit! Wonder if anybody actually does it, or just junks it ...
