Default V7.5 Scan Tool cannot load valid PID's

i'm trying to read the boost pressure on my datalog, but i cannot see boost pressures when i watch the datalog in v7.5. when i try to select the boost pressure PID the icon on the left side is X'ed out. when try to select it i get a message that says PID GM.BOOST is not a valid PID. about 90% of my PID's under the PID tab are X'ed out.
i made sure to update to make sure i was on the most recent version.
    Am i missing something?

If the vehicle you are logging has not been "seen" before by the V7 software (or if it has but the validated PIDs file for that vehicle has been deleted) then the PIDs will show up as invalid. Try validating the PIDs again for that vehicle using the menu option: Info->Validate PIDs
