Try using EFILive USB Manager and remove the AutoCal drivers, reboot, then use the same program to reinstall the latest USB drivers. If you're using a XHCI port, disable USB3 support or use a USB2 port.

Are you using a native Windows PC or a Mac with Parallels/VMware?

If you posted via Tapatalk, I've seen it cut off forum posts before on other forums.

Is the AutoCal screen fully on, as in showing readable text when powered up? Does it show up under the Device Manager in Windows as working properly, no error or notification messaging? All you need to do is open V8 S&T, have the drivers installed, and have the AC plugged in, no need to actually run HAPI (V8 S&T should trigger it).

Have you tried a different USB cable? Any A to B cable should work.
Have you tried a different PC?
