Can you post the tune file?

Or at least let us know what calibration you are working with?

I looked at your .ctz and it seems to me that some of the readiness tests should be available...

what vehicle did your 12593058 file come from...?

can you start with a stock 12593058 file and copy your tables over...?

i got the stock file off one of the efilive tuners because it was difficult to find a lq4 + nv4500 manual file online. when i got it i noticed it wasn't a factory flash as a lot of the Engine DTC Processing Enablers were turned off that would be on in a factory dump

i guess i could use a lq4 + 4l80e stock file and try to change it over to nv4500

the engine is from a van/ the harness is home built, i added in the tac wiring as i wanted to be able to have cruise, the trans is from a 2500 manual truck.

may be best to find the latest os that supports my tac.

I am not sure what that file came from originally with out an original vin.

I do happen to have 2 stock 2004 6.0L with Manual Transmission files you may be able to use assuming your emissions equipment is in tact.

I just thought of something else.

I am not sure what Pedal and tach module you have. If it's an all plastic pedal thats 06,07 classic and will not work with an 03-05 calibration. The 03-05 are metal with a plastic foot pad.

anyone figure this out, in terms of adding readiness monitors? I need to enable EGR.

I might have to reflash it too a 2000 camaro or something else with it built in I think.
