Default E38 2011 Suburban unable to activate cooling fans

I have a a 2011 Chevy Suburban E38 ECM , It was ordered from the factory with a mechanical fan clutch(?????). I have gotten the factory electric fans installed with the factory harness to junction box... I can turn on Fan relay 1, 2, and 3 manually with scan tool, but I cannot get the vehicle to take control of the fans.... Something is missing and I could use a little help.
Attached is the .unaltered .ctz file for the vehicle in question.

    E38.ctz

    Thanks

EFILive does not have the necessary parameters mapped to convert E38/E67 vehicles to efans from a fan clutch. You either need to use a competitor's product, purchase a patched file from a company, or hope someone has mapped the parameters themselves and are willing to patch your file.
