E38, KNKRET... why are you pulling timing!?

Hey guys, I have a really weird one and it's stumping me big time. I'm trying to sort out an E38 VE Holden LS3 and i've managed to tune out most of the KR but i'm having an issue where KNKRET is still pulling timing. I've zeroed out burst knock too, so for the life of me I have no idea what else could be pulling timing away from base spark and is screwing with my SPARKADV.

Attached is a log if anyone has any ideas.

I'd also noticed that the tune still had the stock torque limits in there and it was torque reduction was kicking in, but when torque reduction is active, KNKRET isn't. I've tweaked the torque tables so hopefully it won't screw with my timing anymore (tq reduction)

Any ideas on the KNKRET though?
