Default 2007 duramax 2500 diesel cp3 pump or injectors?

Recently had diagnostic at dealership, gave me a paper that shows fuel pressure rates, can someone interpret it for me, issue the truck was taken in for was a P0087 code only under load, heat and hill, truck has 280,000 miles, works great when not under load! Dealership said I need new injector pump and injectors, is it true? Have changed fuel filter religiously and used seafoam once a month, don't drive too much anymore on long trips

P0087 is fuel rail pressure to low.
It wants 179.8 MPA but is only seeing 134 MPA

There stating the PUMP is weak and not able to supply the commanded pressure. Typically higher mileage injectors tend to leak or fail so they are recommending you do them at the same time.
