I don't an E39A file handy, but I checked the E39 one I have and the VATS patch is available. You'd need to open the tune with your V2 plugged in to see the VATS patch folder.

2013 Sonic RS Manual - 1.4L I4T E78, tuned, turbo mods, etc.
2008 TrailBlazer SS 3SS AWD Summit White - LS2 E67/T42, bolt ons, suspension, etc.
2002 Chevy TrailBlazer LT 4X4 Summit White - 4.2L I6 P10, lifted, wheels, etc.
The patch is needed to be done on a per OS basis, if yours does not have it just let support know what OS and we can look in to it.

I have an E39A that I'd like to disable the VATS on.
The OS is 12654753
This is my first post, I am a TAFE lecturer looking to run these engines on a stand after apprentices strip and rebuild them.

The patch is done for that OS, you do need to have your V2 plugged in to the USB port to see it.
I've attached the latest .calz file for that OS which I just tested and it has the VATS patch show up.
If you want to save it in to the folder below then you should be set to go.
C:\Program Files (x86)\EFILive\V7.5\Calibrations\E39
