    Default Cme 2350 csp os

Have started tuning my 14 Ram that has the S87 recall done (SCR Replacement) and my OS and Cal ID are the most recent versions and I suspect most here in the states will get at some point as the recalls go through....

My OS and Cal ID are not avail to upgrade to CSP, is there a plan to do this?

I am running emissions equipped and have to run that file as any older ones throw lights for missing ammonia sensor...

    Here are the numbers....

    32131000
    32381032SC

    2014 3500 Aisin

    Thanks
    Les

Hi Les, that OS has been replaced by 32.13.11.01 (32381032SD), that is the one we will be releasing as the 2013 CSP5 OS for the ammonia trucks, when did you have the update done?
The OS I mentioned hasn't actually been mapped yet though as it was only released maybe a month or two ago.

I am pretty sure you have a CSP option for the OS 32.13.09.02 (32381032SB) which has the ammonia sensor.

I bought the truck in June and it needed the flash done then.

So I can download the newest as you mentioned and at some point it'll be updated for csp?

The S87 recall replaces the entire SCR and removes the ammonia sensor

Ah sorry I keep getting it backwards.
The CalID that ends in Ax is with the sensor (eg 31320030AM), the ones that end in Sx are without (eg 31320030SB).

If you follow the link to the 2013 stock files in THIS thread you just need to look for '32.13.09.02 - DO90007.21 32381032SB 2013 D2 6.7L AISIN 50S', that has a CSP option and being 'SB' should have the Ammonia sensor delete.
32.13.11.01 (32381032SD) will have a CSP conversion done, they did a big update for all year models about a month ago so lots of files to map as stock and CSP.

Ok thanks Les, I'll check that out now. Very odd as that OS has been in the software for a fair while now, since 2016 in fact.

So not meaning to derail this subject but to what extent are these trucks very picky? Within the last 2 days I flashed a 32150102 os Pickup Aisin truck with a C&C 31150102 & 51150102 os with no issues. Are these CM2350 ecms that much different from the early cm2100 ecm where you could flash 0809 and 1035/1031 into pretty much any ecm and it was totally happy? This is the first truck I have tuned myself via EFI Live but I have tune 60+ of these trucks with Smarty UDC Pro and similar. I guess what I'm asking is what issues would I be running into if I set up 3 base files (Pickup 68rfe,Pickup manual/aisin, and c&c) for 10-12 and for 13+ trucks?
