    Ross,

Is there a plan to update the following OS/Cal ID for CSP conversion?

I am running the file Cindy sent me and I'm having injector codes along with Timing codes, research shows that Chrysler made a TSB flash in late 2016 early 2017 to fix this issue. I'm wondering if the OS I am currently running is prior to this TSB flash.

I ran my factory calibration, edited for power without issue or codes, as soon as I switched to the older calibration and csp, I'm getting these codes.

So that's why I'm asking about the most recent revision getting csp upgrade status.

Hi Les, if they did have to release the update because of issues like that then yes I'll have to do the latest release. I know who to ask to test it at least

Yeah no problem here, I'm testing today with my factory stock file, edited the same as the csp tune to verify it's a OS issue and not my fault.

It would throw a light after two drive cycles, so I'll know more tomorrow or Wednesday.

Unfortunately I don't think FCA lists the reasons why they update like GM's CalID website.

I have had similar issues with a MY16 OS. Started with a 32.16.04.00 and the truck ran good, shifted well and no codes. Switched to 52.16.02.02 for CSP support and the truck threw a few codes here and there, had some funky shifts, and some random engine rattle. Switched back to 32.16.04.00 and truck is back to normal. I believe the TSB is 18-015-17 Rev B. It addresses a range of issues across the engine and trans.

Yep that sounds like the TSB
I get injector performance and injection timing performance codes.

Back to my modified stock file non-csp and no codes

Did the trucks have those odd issues even on the stock OS when updating?

I bought my truck with the most recent version, so I cannot confirm that it did or didn't have issues before.

I can say that using that calibration and modifying it I have not have any codes or issues.

It wasn't until I tried the file Cindy sent me, did I have any codes or issues.

The csp file and the stock file are just about identical.

Mmm, I'm not sure where to head with this. I am concerned that converting that new OS to CSP is the cause of the problems you found, but then the other user found a similar issue with a 2016 OS.
That TSB indicates there was some pretty serious issues they needed to address.

I think that any new calibration after this TSB will work fine when updated, I think the problem lies with trucks running this newest update, then having to revert to a older calibration that is csp compatible, and then the ecm has a mental meltdown, and it may be tied to the fact that the tipm and other modules are updated during a dealer flash and not changed when a tune file is put in.
