warm idle stalling

Hey guys I'm looking for a little tuning advice. Car is a '98 turbo LS1 running a 99+ pcm and OLSD. Everything is good except maintaining a warm idle on warm restarts. Cold starts are good, hot starts seem good. Its after I have driven for awhile, then park for an hour or two. On restart it fires instantly but then idles way down and shuts back off within a second. Give it some pedal and it runs fine until you lift again. Once I get out on the road and do some more driving it usually clears up within 10 minutes and will hold a steady idle again. IAT table I'm missing? Airflow table? Thanks for any advice!
