    Default stallling from park/drive/reverse shifting

Hey guys, I've had a couple modifications from a reputable tuner, but i'm still struggling to get this handled.
having a stalling condition when shifting from park to drive, or drive to reverse, etc.
i've been through some of the idle tips and tricks a couple of times, adjusting little things, to no success. the tune in it now seems pretty good, but i'm sure it could be better.
i'll attach a tune copy, and the most recent log file with the pids my tuner specified, can i have a few pairs of eyes look at it and make suggestions.
i'm struggling to get this handled by myself, i only get a look at the vehicle for an hour or so here and there every couple of weeks.

info on the build is as follows
    2004 silverado 1500 4x4
    recycled stock bottom end lq4
    milled .030 stock 317 heads
    comp cams http://www.compcams.com/Company/CC/c...csid=1086&sb=0
    216/220 @ .050, 114lsa 112cl, .525/.532lift
    ls6 springs
gmt900 intake with stock 87mm throttlebody with a torque rush xlink to make it work together
fuel injectors 12580681 30lb at 58psi is what i understand these are rated at
also this is a returnless fuel system setup
pacesetter long tube 1-3/4 headers, no cats, single 3" muffler, dual 2.5 tailpipe,
    stock torque convertor, 4l60e trans

by no means is the cam aggressive, idle quality is pretty mild, i don't see why this should be giving me issues.
I am not a tuner by any stretch, i know enough to get my self in trouble, and with this project, i just don't have time to invest in hours of driving time, and adjustments,
but maybe somebody might see something in the tune that jumps out, and can point me in the right direction.
    thanks everybody

First make sure IAC solenoid works ok (replace it if it's old) and clean out the IAC passages in the throttle body (use MAF cleaner).

Also post the factory stock tune for your vehicle.
