A quick search on this forum will answer all those questions very quickly for you
No emissions removal parameters exist in EFILive for your model vehicle, not hidden, not activated by a secret code, they are not there.
Need official EFILive help, please go here.
For tuning support please post your questions on this forum (or other auto forums).
Sorry if I don't respond to your PM, don't take it personal.

Covered many times already, but emissions removed tuning is not done inside the EFILive software, its accomplished outside using other packages. EFILive software and the FlashScan V2 or Autocal hardware are just the platform to flash the final tune file into the controller.

If you want a delete tune, your most cost effective solution is to purchase a tune from a reliable vendor that offers the type of tuning your looking for. Check out this Google Search for a start

If you already have a V2, then you can run multiple vendor tunes, or you can purchase an Autocal if you have a vendor you like and dont need the extra V2 functions.

You should also know going in that pretty much all tuners selling diesel anything will only provide tunes that are locked to your ECM serial number or VIN (or both) and are neither viewable or editable.
