Default E38 Cylinder Deactivation - Can it be disabled?

I'm working on a 2010 5.3L in a GMC Yukon XL. Is it possible to disable the cylinder deactivation with EFI Live?
I've got some valvetrain noise and am hoping that disabling the cylinder deactivation will help.
    Thanks for your help.
