Default Enabling Flex Fuel in 2004 GTO OS

I live in Colorado where there is abundant E85 and if I want to use it I have to use the 2006 or 2007 van OS so that my fuel composition sensor is enabled. Colorado also has a stringent emissions program and my car is configured for their purposes as a 2004 GTO. It's really an 82 Corvette with a built Gen 3 LS motor, but I have to use the 2004 GTO OS 12587604 when I get emissions tests or technical inspections. I like this OS, it starts a little easier with it and it would be really nice if I could run it all the time and still have flex fuel capability. I have an HP Tuners file for a 2004 GTO that supposedly has had a segment swap which enables flex fuel and the sensor but that doesn't help me, so the question is: Do any of you know how it could be enabled or segment swapped with the GTO OS in EFIlive?

I see that this has come up in the past without a solution, so I'll modify my question to this: Is it possible for a programmer to modify or copy the code from a FF OS to enable it in the GTO OS?
