As a new Scan user, what are the best PID's to set up for logging 50-100 shot Dry Nitrous shots?
TP
ECT
RPM
FTC
HO2S11
HO2S21
SPARKADV
KR
IBPW1
IBPW2
INJDC1
INJDC2
IAT
MAP
LONGFT1
LONGFT2
Anything I am missing?

Assuming you'll be using this shot at 100% throttle, the PIDs: FTC, LTFT1 & 2 are just wasting channels. I'd log MAF and MAFFREQ to know how close you are to maxing it out.
Thats what I am talking about...Thank You!Originally Posted by dc_justin
Yes 100% for activation above 3000 RPM.
What about Fuel Pressure that a PID for a 99 vette? If not, can a Elect Fuel Pressure gauge be added as an input like the LC-1?

There is no PID for that as you would have to purchase a FP gauge. All you need to know is the 0-5v output range and you can apply that to a custom PID in EFILive. There you can see exactly where your FP is at.Originally Posted by Beer99C5
Thanks Black, I got just the place to do that on the fuel noid...The DynoTune Digital gauge says resolution to the nearest .1
Looks like I got one more item to get
At the T that is plugged...
I am going to have to do another panel (full length for all the switches I got), to move put a gauge into the control panel like this...

OK here is what I am going with, noticed I had 25 channels so I am dropping the Battery Voltage to get the recommended 24 Channels of data.
Any other suggestions?

Yes, for tuning purposes, EOT and TFT are not entirely important. I would drop them as well in favor of DYNCYLAIR_DMA or CYLAIR_DMA. Located in the "Tune" section.
dynamic airflow and dynamic cylinder air. these two are the best performance monitoring PIDs, you'll see how much air and compression you actually get out of tuning, spray, or whatever other mods you're making.
Great thanks! Just finished the LC1 install, going to test it, then wire it for EFI Live...Got my C panel done to reflect all the PIDs above, with the exceptions of the changes you guys just gave me.

I was told to have as few pids as possible to get better data for the pids you have selected. I still have have almost 20 if i remember right. Also if you have a lot selected then you can do black box logging.
