I have 2014 Silverado 4x4 with a lift and 35 inch tires that came into the dealership for a surge.

The dealership changed the ECM and the surge went away however the ABS/Traction control applies in a tight corner and the Stability Control Light flashes.
Putting stock wheels and tires on the truck the ABS applying goes away and the Stability Control Light does not turn on.

Correcting the speedo for the 35in tires did not change anything with the 35 tires on the ABS/Traction Control applies and the Stability Control Light flashes.

Doing a compare with the old computers calibration and the new computer with the tire size corrected there are no differences.

I pulled the calibration from the old computer and did a full flash on the new computer. Now the ABS/Traction Control doesn't apply but the surge is back.

Any thoughts on what can be causing this and what the difference could be between the calibrations.
Thanks
