    Two Stage Nitrous Dry/Wet

If I understand what I have read so far...

I can use the IAT for the Dry shot and make tables to pull timing for just the dry shot based on colder IAT.

For the Wet shot, set that up on the new OS so that when the Wet system is active, it will pull timing using the valet feature of the OS.

What happens if I do both the wet and at the same time? Will it use the IAT timing tables or the Valet ones (guessing valet ones)? Likely solution when using both systems together need a tune that pulls timing for both in the valet mode is likely the best thing to do???

COS 5 will work with dry systems.

How do I setup the valet mode to pull timing for N02? I have COS5 using V1. I know I have seen it long time ago but search is not finding the info.

    Thanks,
    Bill

    The basics are very easy.
Set A0011 to n2o monitor. This will bring A0015 & A0016 into play when the pin is grounded. If running a dry shot also ensure you have A0017 & A0018 set.
The A0016 n20 monitor timing tables values are removed from the final spark calculation.

A0016 values are removed from the final spark. So if I wanted to lower the timming by 6 I would have 6 in this column. I am running a wet shot. Will A0017, A0018 not work with a wet shot? I wanted to set A0017 to 3000. I am not sure about the MAP setting.

    Thanks,
    Bill

Do you need to set A0015 for just a wet shot?

I am going to say no, because your tuning with the Jets. You can use it though if your not tuning with the jets.

From what I see on my dyno runs, the car is lean as first as it transitions to PE, so 3000-3200 RPMs you are above 12 for AFR (I am spraying from 2800) so I am trying to use the 0015 to get the AFR under 12 just before it sprays (I have a AFR safety built in to one of my guages). As it transitions through PE and then gets the MAF hit it goes pretty rich 10.5 or so, so again I am going to try and get the VE multiplier to get a steady AFR during the spray.

I hope to prove all this works in a few weeks.
