After installing heads, cam and roller rockers I dl'd a file from the holden crazy site for a 99 Z28 that had near similar mods to mine. Same cam, LS6 intake, Patriot 5.3 heads to my Absolute Speed heads, pacesetter LT's to my Jet-Hot LT's and different ported TB's. The tune seemed to idle the car fine but everything was pig rich with WOT pouring black smoke. Rather than messing with this too much I decided to go back to a fully stock tune and try to start from there.

With the stock tune I set desired idle speeds to the following

-40 to -16 1250/1250
-4 1200/1200
8 1175/1175
20 1150/1150
32 1075/1075
44-150 1050/1050

When I first fire the car after sitting it chugs very hard at around 500rpm and misfires random cylinders like crazy setting the MIL until it warms up to closed loop then straightens out.

I'm new to this all and most is greek to me until I actually do something and get a better understanding. Hands on always works best for me.

Any help with getting the basics on this and I would be greatly thankful.

The car is a 1999 Trans Am M6 with the folling mods.
