Default DFCO delay - 411 PCM

As the title indicates, I'm having trouble fighting the roughly 2 second delay for DFCO to activate on my 411 pcm. My main question is is there a hard-coded delay on these pcms for dfco that cannot be changed?

I have made sure all the parameters are what I want, increased DFCO spark timing(B3336), and increased spark ramp in rate(B3334) and had little to no effect on the delay.

I have not tried enabling DFCO M6 but as I understand it that only activates when the clutch is pressed in, correct?

    Vehicle is a 1998 k1500 w/ 5 speed

Thanks in advance for any help.
