CME CM2350B Failing Flash with Code $0371: Transfer Suspended $71

I have tried flashing in my tune file twice but it gives me this error code at the end of the flash.

V8 software version?
Is this a new problem?
Anything added to the vehicle recently?
Trace files would be useful as well.

I was able to flash in a 2014 file. I am guessing the 18 file I got somehow got corrupted. Would there be any issue running the 14 file?
Can you tell me how to properly get the trace files?

The 2018 ECM was a CM2350F (not B), I cannot say for sure if the 2018 files are compatible with the older ECM revision.
I would think it was be a bad idea running a totally different year model OS in the vehicle, often when Dodge release ECM updates there is several modules that must be in sync with the ECM OS, if you are running a different year model then I can't see how that would happen. Having said that a tuner who has done this before might chime in with some real world feedback on what you are trying to do.

Enter in 'trace' as the search criteria then you will get some links to show you how this is done depending on the hardware you have and the flashing method you are using.

But given you've said the 2014 file flashed in ok then the trace file won't be much assistance I'm sorry to say, it might be a file problem.
