Default Motor feels like it wants to fuel more after releasing throttle

What would cause my motor to want to fuel Harder as I ease out of the throttle from WOT?
Not sure how else to describe it other than just that....it feels like I'm still WOT as I'm easing out of it to go back to normal "use"
I can attach screenshots of the tables if it would make things easier

Sounds like "rail hang" typically, you can zero out desired rail at 0% throttle and take care of it, but could also be caused by lazy injectors.

I thought it was rail hang as well but it's all 0 on that column... the other issue I'm having now is that there's like an "off throttle/throttle release" the rail pressure drops to basically 0. Not sure how to address that one next
