    Default Stomp Fuelling

    Hi guys,
I own a 1992 Holden VP Commodore which has a Holden 5.0L V8 in it, the engine use to be controlled by a Delco 808 ECM, I have changed this to a P01 LS1 PCM.
The engine has been tuned using EFI Live and I am really happy with the tune other than a small issue when I stomp the accelerator pedal from a dead stop.
A majority of the time when I do this I see a lean mixture for a second (17:1) and it pops and backfires in the exhaust before the engine comes to life and takes off.
I have heard a few people speaking about dynamic fuelling.
Can someone point me in the right direction on what tables I can play with to try and eliminate this problem.
Its like the engine needs a little more fuel just on stomp to get the engine up and going.

On occasions when I stomp the accelerator pedal the engine will backfire in the exhaust and sometimes stall the engine.

I haven't tried it yet but I was going to increase the number on B3426 STOMP COMPENSATION to give me a little more fuel on tip in.
Do you think this is a good move ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Regards Rick

Post your tune file and a log. Have you fully dialed in your VE table and set PE correctly?

    Matts Holden 5.7L Tune.ctz

    Hi,
VE table is dialed in spot on, once the car gets going its a rocket with no issues, just that initial stomp of the accelerator that is causing problems.
    Here is the tune file.

A0007 isn't fully populated for me.
B3610-3613 have some values I'd call interesting for a boosted car.

B3643-3645 may help as well, helps control how fast the PE fuel is actually ramped in once PE mode is active.

The table you called out (B3426 Stomp Compensation) may help you as well, likely it'll be some fine tuning of all of these to get it sorted out.

Happen to have a log of when the issue occurs? May help us narrow down where to start making changes.

    Thanks ScarabEpic22 for the info.
I ended up giving the B3426 Stomp Compensation table an additional 13% of fuel and the problem seems to have gone.
