Default Ballenger AFR500 CAN Wideband Data Logging

I've been using an AFR500V2 for the last 5-6 years and it has worked great. The analog outputs not to much.

I grabbed their new CAN-based AFR500 and tried to get it set up while I was on the dyno yesterday. No nice.

    I followed these instructions:

    https://www.bmotorsports.com/downloa...CAN_Manual.pdf

I can see the wideband in V8, can select the PIDs in scanner, and while data logging, the values are not coming through as sane values. I used the Ballenger CAN programmer and verified it was set to EFILive. For reference, the wideband display is showing 16:1 (free air). Here is what the data looks like in the scanner:

Have you logged this as a ticket in help desk?
I recall seeing a similar ticket but can't seem to find it now.
