Default Limit C Protection Factor In OS 45325733AH

Is there any way to access the Limit C Protection factor? Would like to be able to shut off the limp mode for TTVA removal. When running a full manual valve body or a stand-alone TCM.

Limit C????? Is it defined in an ecfg? I've never seen that in an ecfg but I mostly mess with CME and CMF. If it's defined in an ecfg and I have or can get ecfg I can turn it off. Sorry but I have never tuned a 5.9
