Downloaded Tune attached was returned to stock from a box tuner that I want to rule out as the issue

Closest I have is a 72351435BH, so I couldn’t do a compare to see if there was anything funky in your read out file. I can post up the 72351435BH if you want to try using that.

Your 2534 pass through, needs a minimum of 3 CAN channels. My GM MDI and Nexiq usb do not...

The OS changed. I'm not sure what to think about that.
The Calibration ID stayed the same, except for the updated letters at the end
