Default Importing Data Logs from Back Up drive Setting Up New PC

    Hi

I upgraded my Laptop, go a copy of old hard drive. I installed the new V8 software on my new pc. Imported the folder that contained all my old data logs. When i go to open the data logs on new pc the icon doesnt show the fam v8 logo. and i cant open it directly .

When i start vd software and look for a file it wont take me to old logs.. I know the new install has created a new folder- i tried just putting a log in there but it doesn't seem to work,

I guess Im just asking if anyone has any ideas. Like can I copy all logs and put them somewhere in the newly created folder?

Is there a idiots guide for this?
    Cheers Brian
