    Default CM2450B Vin Change

I have been using EFILive for several years and started working on 19-21 Cummins. I have a customer that needs to change the VIN on his ECM. I have tried with 7.5 and 8 Scan to avail. I know bidirectional doesn't work like the older Cummins, I get a Sub-Function not supported. I have a base file and Iam able to flash. ECM is licensed. Can anyone tell me if it can be changed and how? Seriously appreciate any help.
