Why are you using the back-up VE table? Have you eliminated the MAF sensor?

Yes, I have. Both tables show rich like that though.
The cam will have some effect especially under decel and at closed throttle. With the cam you have, I'd guess that's the only time your engine sees 20-30 kPa. What are actual wide band values at 30 kPa? What's manifold pressure and AFR at idle?

She idles in the 50-60 range. I got it to idle at 1.0 EQ almost constantly. Question would be. What should I do with this area? Some of the values are as low as 16.

Safe to assume you are in the AutoVE process? Have you double checked that all steps in the tutorial were followed? Are you sure you don't have a hardware problem (vacuum leak, exhuast leak, fouled plug, etc...) Anything else you can tell us about it?
Yes, I have check all steps and done them all. Plugs are new. Logged for missfires and found nothing other than 1 here or there. Not even enough to set an ses over time very minimal. Headers and collectors seem sealed up well and I cannot find a vacuum leak. When I log I due get off the gas a good bit which I noticed the 25-35 rows fall into alot while decelerating.
IAC counts sit between 45-60 at idle. Whenever I do adjust the VE and the 30 row changes up so much the drivability goes away giving me bucking in this cell region. The more logging I do and then paste/mutiply, the worse the bucking gets and getting back on the throttle after leaving off gets worse each time.
Filter out decel and that will give you a more accurate reading IMO. If you are under decel more then accel or vice versa, it can throw off your readings. Try to make the logs as consistent as possible to eliminate any other possibilities.
I thought about that but am at a loss as to creating a filter to filter out decel.
