Not sure if they can be ordered from EFILIve, but Amazon or digikey should be able to help you - Best I can tell they're 3.5mm pitch terminals - I think these should do it: https://www.amazon.com/uxcell-20Pcs-.../dp/B06X3XT7WZ.

thanks for that. i didnt know what they are called. however i have the impression these look a bit different than the ones i have. not saying they will not fit, but i prefer getting them from efilive directly to avoid any problems.

why doesnt efilive put an email on their site? i will try and call them tomorrow.

so, for posterity: these connectors are made by weidmuller.

they mostly get sold in bulk. in europe mouser/digikey charge $20 shipping or $50 minimum order, so it gets expensive for just a couple. efilive wanted to charge $50 for the shipping, could not just put them into an envelope and mail as a letter for some reason. they also wanted me to: "please buy US$1.00 service x 64. from the EFILive store", no idea how people would put this into their accounting.

btw, their e-mail is donna@efilive.com. (as a rule, i dont use any vendors without an e-mail on their site. i hate filling out those forms, they often dont work in the end and you completely loose control over your communications.)
